Located at 127 General Echavez Street in the historic Lorega district, Almond Suites is a family-owned and operated hotel with 24 well-appointed rooms across five room types. Our building opened in 2024 — everything is brand new. Modern smart lock systems, rainfall showers, upgraded air conditioning — designed to give every guest a fresh, contemporary experience while keeping the warmth and personal service that only a family-run property can offer.
We don't have a sprawling lobby or a rooftop infinity pool. What we do have is something our guests value more: clean rooms, safe surroundings, a central location, and owners who actually care. When a guest left her iPad behind, we didn't just hold it — we delivered it back with snacks. When you message us on Facebook, the owner responds personally. That's the Almond Suites difference.

We believe in honesty: Almond Suites does not have a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, or airport shuttle. But we're surrounded by everything you need — malls with food courts, gyms, and restaurants are all within a 5-minute drive. Grab and taxi services are readily available for airport transfers. We'd rather keep your room rate affordable than charge you for amenities you may never use.
